Easy Turkey Burger recipe on your Coyote Grill

Easy Turkey Burger Recipe

Ingredients: (makes 4 patties)

  • 1 pound of Ground Turkey (Make Ground Beef Burgers with the same ingredients just add Lawry's Salt to the top of the patties before grilling)
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Lettuce, Beef steak Tomato
  • Veggies to Grill (Asparagus, Green Beans, Mini- Peppers)

Directions:

Turn on your Coyote Gas Grill. In a large bowl mix together ground turkey and seasonings make 4 rounded balls for patties. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side, remove and serve on a whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomato.

For Easy Grilled Veggies: Coat Veggies in olive oil and salt and pepper and throw on the grill for 5-8 minutes or until they look done.

Easy Guacamole Topper: If you're making a salad, put half of the Avacado in the salad and use the other half for an easy guacamole topper on your burger. Smash up the Avacado in a bowl and add salt, pepper, lime and hot pepper flakes.
